To ensure sustainability of knowledge and skills gained during our learning session, we created customized resources, reflection questions, discussion questions and other resources to help participants apply their learning on the job. These materials serve as continual reference points for participants to implement what they learnt. They also help in the creation of a Community of Practice, with prompting questions to be discussed amongst groups of colleagues to continue to develop new skills and insights.

We believe in measuring the impact of our learning sessions to ensure effectiveness and support continuous growth of people. We work with you to determine if both a pre and post assessment is needed, with a pre-assessment used to identify knowledge gaps and establish a baseline for participant learning. A post-session assessment measures knowledge retention and propensity for behavioural change. Evaluations provide data for your understanding of development needs and we use it as continuous feedback to adjust future sessions to better meet participant needs.

Based on the feedback and data analysis from the needs assessment, we will develop the curriculum using adult learning principles and universal design learning to ensure accessibility and relevance for all participants.. The design will focus on drafting out all learning content, along with the pre-read and post-session curated materials and work. At this time, program success criteria will also be identified and designed, to utilize in the post-program evaluation.
Our learning session launches, and has been designed considering the participants' needs. Each session is supported with curated content for pre-read and post-session learning needs. If we are training multiple teams or your organization broadly, we determine an appropriate roll-out plan that starts with senior leaders and board members, and then shift to people leaders, providing them with the necessary resources to guide their teams effectively. We end by providing the session to all employees, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organization.
Following the learning session, we administer a post-training survey to assess participant satisfaction, session impact and overall effectiveness. We provide you with a summary in a review meeting, where we share a summary of the participants’ experience and insights. We also offer recommendations to help your organization evaluate how the newly required knowledge and skills gained are used on the job.
