What type of consulting services do you offer?

At Amplify Work, we provide comprehensive consulting services focused on HR, EDI, and Reconciliation. Our offerings include internal audits and reviews, external research, stakeholder engagement, strategy development, implementation support, and customized Learning and Development programs. We also integrate ourselves as a team member, leading ongoing implementation efforts in HR. Finally, we offer keynote speaking engagements tailored to your organization's needs, in our areas of service.

What size companies do you work with?

We work with a wide range of organizations from small and medium enterprises (SMEs) with as few as 10 employees to large organizations of more than 5000. We also work across a range of industries and companies. Our experience spans various industries, including:

How do you determine the right approach for my organization?

We spend time getting to know about your organization and who you are. We conduct internal reviews of your current practices, to start to identify what you do well and where you may have gaps or opportunities. This internal focus is complemented by external research, external interviews and a listening strategy involving key rights holders and stakeholders. This deep understanding allows us to tailor our recommendations to address your unique challenges and opportunities effectively. 

What are your rates?

Our rates depend on the nature of the contract and the solutions you are looking for. If we provide consulting services we are a fixed price solution provider and we believe in delivering value through customized strategies and recommendations. If fractional services are required, we typically offer hourly or daily rates. For our Learning and Development, along with our Keynote sessions, we have fixed pricing depending on the length and size of the session. 

Regardless of what solution we are working together on, we will provide you with a scope of work and a cost estimate prior to beginning our work together. We don’t like surprising you, so if we see the need to change costs prior to continuing our work, we will discuss them with you beforehand.

If travel is required we will work with you to determine the frequency and costs, prior to embarking on travel. 

How long does your process typically take?

The timeline for our consulting process varies depending on the scope and complexity of your organization’s needs. Generally, we work collaboratively with you to establish a timeline that meets your requirements, ensuring thoroughness without compromising efficiency. 

To give you a general idea:
  • Consulting projects typically take weeks to months to complete.
  • Indigenous community engagement takes time and can span months or even years, depending on where you are in your relationship.
  • Fractional services tend to be a set number of days per month.
  • Learning and speaking solutions last from an hour to a few days.  

We will provide a timeline estimate in our scope of work before we begin and we’ll communicate with you throughout our project to keep you informed.
